My experience was not common. I wanted the project to be done in a week times span but life happens. So I was put back a week plus. Z at the time wanted to get it done but by the time I got back he had other projects. He did take the time to fit me in to get the site done. Communication was always within 12-24 hours after I asked a question and he was always sent me how the site would look after each update. I'm very happy with the site and would recommend him based on quality, communication & pricing.
